What are stone look wall panels?
Stone look wall panels are dimensionally stable wall elements with a photorealistic natural-stone surface. Unlike real stone slabs, they weigh only a fraction and can be mounted without scaffolding, without adhesives and without a specialist tradesperson. Our NordPaneele panels are built around an SPC core (Stone Polymer Composite) — a blend of ground limestone and polymer — with a high-resolution printed decor layer and a PU wear layer on top.
The result: a wall that looks like genuine marble, concrete or travertine — finished in 45 minutes, not three weeks.
Where are stone look panels used?
Bathrooms are the classic application: 100% waterproof performance makes SPC a superior alternative to tiles. No grout, no mould risk, three times faster to install. Marble look panels like our Carrara Bianco give any bathroom an instant luxury-spa feel.

Our collection covers five main styles: Carrara and Statuario marble (classic, high-gloss, timeless), travertine (warm, earthy, Mediterranean), concrete look from light grey to anthracite (industrial, modern), slate and onyx effects (dark, dramatic), and raw natural-stone looks like Pietra Grigia or Ardesia (rustic, full of character).
Every style is available in two surfaces: Glossy (high-gloss polished, light-reflecting — ideal for smaller rooms and light accents) and Matte (velvety, glare-free — ideal for bedrooms and living areas).
Are stone look panels worth it compared to real tiles?
