What is SPC and what are the panels made of?

SPC stands for Stone Polymer Composite. The core is made of natural limestone powder and high-performance polymers. The surface is sealed with a PU coating and features a high-resolution printed decor in natural stone look. The result is a material that is more stable than PVC, lighter than real stone, and 100% waterproof.

What sizes are available?

Each design is available in five sizes: 60x120 cm, 60x240 cm, 90x240 cm, 120x240 cm, and 120x280 cm. This way you can find the right format for any wall surface. All panels are 4 mm thick.

How thick are the panels?

All NordPaneele panels have a uniform thickness of 4 mm. Despite their thin profile, they are extremely stable and dimensionally stable thanks to the high-density SPC core.

Are the panels really waterproof?

Yes, 100%. SPC absorbs no moisture whatsoever. The panels are therefore ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, wellness areas, and anywhere moisture is a factor. The click connections are also moisture-resistant.

What fire protection class do the panels have?

Our panels are certified to fire protection class B1 (flame retardant). This makes them suitable for use in commercial spaces and they meet the requirements of common building regulations.

We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, instant bank transfer, Klarna invoice, and advance payment by bank transfer. All payments are securely processed through our payment service provider Stripe.

We ship items in stock within 1-2 business days. Delivery is by freight and typically takes 3-5 business days within Germany. You will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping costs are a flat rate of 49 euros for deliveries within Germany. For orders exceeding freight size, shipping is charged by pallet freight.

Yes, thanks to the Drop-Click system, installation is easy even for DIY enthusiasts. You don't need any special tools or adhesive. You can find detailed instructions on our installation page.

What tools do I need?

For installation you will need: a spirit level, pencil and tape measure, a jigsaw or utility knife with guide rail, a rubber mallet, spacer wedges, and optionally a cordless drill for the trim profiles.

On which surfaces can I install the panels?

The panels can be installed on almost any flat, dry surface: plaster, concrete, drywall, OSB boards, and existing tiles. The surface must be clean, dry, and level. Unevenness greater than 3 mm should be leveled out beforehand.

Can I install the panels over existing tiles?

Yes, this is one of the great advantages. The panels can be installed directly over existing tiles, provided they are firmly attached and the surface is level. This saves the laborious removal of old tiles.

How many samples can I order?

You can order up to 3 free samples at a time. The samples are approximately 10x15 cm and show the original surface with texture and gloss level.

We ship samples via DHL parcel. Delivery usually takes place within 48 hours of ordering.

No, our samples are completely free including shipping within Germany. We want you to be able to convince yourself of the quality of our panels before ordering.

How long can I return the panels?

Accepted Answer

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Within this period, you can cancel the order without giving any reason.

How does the return process work?

Accepted Answer

Contact us by email or phone and inform us of your withdrawal. You will receive a return label by email. Package the goods securely and drop off the parcel at a DHL parcel shop or arrange a freight pickup.

How do I get my money back?

After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the goods were defective.

Can I return partially opened packages?

Yes, partially opened packages can also be returned, provided the remaining panels are undamaged and unused. Panels that have already been installed are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
