We stand behind the quality of our products. That is why we provide a comprehensive guarantee of up to 10 years on our wall panels – so you can enjoy your new wall for a long time.
Our guarantee periods
The guarantee applies from the date of delivery. The respective guarantee period depends on the product category and area of use:

| All printed panels (4 mm matte) – indoor use | 10 years |
| All printed panels – outdoor use | 5 years |
| All plastic panels & other wall panels | 5 years |
| All other products (e.g. accessories) | 2 years |
Important: The guarantee requires professional installation in accordance with our processing and care instructions. Damage caused by improper installation or handling is excluded from the guarantee.
Report a guarantee claim
Should a defect occur on your product within the guarantee period, simply get in touch with us. We will review your case quickly and easily and find a solution together.
