Returns & Refunds
We hope you are completely happy with your order. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, or you have leftover panels after completing your project, you can return them — provided the panels are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Already installed or custom-cut products are excluded from the right of return. Returns are accepted within 30 days, no reason required, and we will refund the purchase price.

- —All packaging is undamaged.
- —Products must be packed securely in their original packaging inside a sturdy box.
- —The parcel must have sufficient postage — insufficiently or unpaid returns will not be accepted.

Refund of Purchase Price
If the returned product meets the conditions above, we will refund the purchase price to your bank or credit card as quickly as possible. You will receive a credit note by email. If the product does not meet the conditions, the refund will be partial or not issued.
Return for a Warranty Claim
If a product you purchased becomes defective within the applicable warranty period, please follow this procedure:
Replacement Delivery for Warranty Cases
If the returned product falls under the warranty conditions, an equivalent or new replacement product will be delivered at NordPaneele's expense. We strive for a fast and straightforward process.
