- Are the samples really free?
- Yes. Up to 3 samples per order are completely free — we also cover shipping within Germany. No hidden fees, no automatic follow-up orders.
- How many samples can I order?
- Up to 3 free samples per order. If you'd like to compare more decors, you can place a second sample order to the same or a different address.
- How long does delivery take?
- Samples ship in 2–3 working days. Within Germany we send via DHL — you'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as the package leaves us.
- Do you ship samples to Austria or Switzerland?
- Free sample shipping is limited to Germany. For deliveries to Austria, Switzerland or other countries please contact us directly — we'll check feasibility and any shipping cost case by case.
- Is the sample cost refunded when I order a full wall later?
- Since our samples are already entirely free, there is no sample cost that would need to be refunded. You can preview the material risk-free before committing to the full wall.
- How large are the free samples?
- Each sample is large enough to assess colour gradient, veining and surface texture realistically — typically around 10 × 15 cm. You see the look and feel the genuine PU coating with your own hand.
