Terms and Conditions
Section 1 – Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between 4 Kings GmbH, Osterstr. 33, 31134 Hildesheim (hereinafter "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter "Buyer") through the online shop www.nordpaneele.de.
Deviating terms and conditions of the Buyer are not recognized unless the Seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
Section 2 – Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order (invitatio ad offerendum).
By submitting the order, the Buyer makes a binding offer to purchase the products in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after submission via email and does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.
The contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the order by sending an order confirmation via email or delivers the goods.
Section 3 – Prices and Payment
All prices listed are final prices and include the applicable statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs are shown separately and are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.
The following payment methods are available to the Buyer: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, instant bank transfer, Klarna invoice, and advance payment by bank transfer. Payment processing is handled by the payment service provider Stripe.
For advance payment, the invoice amount must be transferred to the specified account within 7 days of placing the order. Goods will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Section 4 – Delivery
Delivery is made within Germany. The delivery time for items in stock is 3–5 business days after receipt of payment. For orders on account (Klarna), shipping takes place after a positive credit check.
Shipping costs are a flat rate of 49 euros within Germany. Orders over 500 euros are delivered free of charge. Shipping is carried out by freight on pallets.
The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the Buyer upon handover of the goods for consumer purchases.
Section 5 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The detailed cancellation policy and the model withdrawal form can be found on our page Right of Withdrawal.
Section 6 – Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period for consumers is two years from delivery of the goods. For used goods, the warranty period may be reduced to one year.
The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery for transport damage and to report any defects to the carrier and the Seller.
Section 7 – Liability
The Seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Seller is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
The above limitations of liability do not apply to damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, or to claims under the Product Liability Act.
Section 8 – Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence is not withdrawn.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
